8th february 2019

We enjoyed the visit of numerous guests at our Evoca stand at Sigep 2019, a not to be missed event for the Horeca and OCS sectors.

The stars of the event, for Saeco, were the new Dually and Aulika Evo OCS machines.

Dually is the new professional capsule machine with 2 brewing units that captured the attention with its touch screen and beautiful design that gained it the prestigious Good Design Award 2018.
The highly performing steam and hot water wands and the sturdy capsule insertion area give a solid impression of top professionalism and solidity, of a machine designed to last over time: a true investment for forward looking enterprises.

There are new things also for those who love the safety of Tradition. Aulika Evo Top launched the new Evo bean to cup line by Saeco. Its modern design, capacitive interface with backlit, photorealistic icons and the blue and white led lights in the dispenser bay have been greatly appreciated. A must have.
The event also saw the absolute preview of the new versions of the Aulika Evo, Office and Focus, Black models, impressive for their capacity of 500 g of coffee beans and 2.5 l of water.

Visitors greatly appreciated the new graphic design of the IperAutomatica and Phedra Evo models: new design and keys sharing a family feeling with the other models of the OCS range.
The brewed products are excellent and the Phedra Evo model also offers the practical opportunity to use a coin acceptor/cashless system installed directly on the front door.
And then there were Lirika, an ageless machine that is still appreciated at an international level for its excellent cappuccino and that did not disappoint even when compared with the newer models, and the SE50 model, which offers unique sturdiness thanks to its stainless steel body.

With regard to the capsule systems, Area did attract attention, thanks to its wonderful design and the high quality of the fresh milk-based beverages brewed by the OTC version. The combination of the trio Area OTC with the FR7L refrigerator and the Area Focus, was a winner.
Finally, the Onda compact capsules machine with metal lever caught the attention of the b2b sector operators thanks to the possibility of having the decounter kit and to the very useful Milky, the milk foaming accessory.

See you at Sigep 2020!
