The Evoca Group makes a splash with its huge booth and the wide range of its offer, which includes all 8 brands in all sectors: Vending, OCS and Ho.Re.Ca.
Saeco presented at Venditalia its new Oasi free-standing hot machine in the 400- and 600-cup versions.
The new design had a strong impact and was widely appreciated, and so were the extreme cleanliness and orderliness of its innards. This is a machine designed to be extremely easy to manage and offer excellent espresso coffee, thanks to the Saeco Gran Gusto system, as well as a very wide range of other beverages made from soluble ingredients.
In the Vending sector, Saeco also showed its Cristallo Evo 600 Big Cups model, together with the Lid Dispenser, which raised a lot of interest in the North and Eastern European markets and elsewhere, given the spreading coffee-to-go trend.
Diamante Evo is a Hot & Snack combined machine that is still unique, and is even more interesting now with the adoption of the Gran Gusto system. Saeco also presented its Cristallo Evo 400 Capsules vending machine that operates with capsules (LB type) and soluble products, much appreciated by many coffee roasters thanks to its ease of management.
Saeco’s hot & cold range of models was paired up with a snack & food solution, Artico S and L, which shall be soon available also in the M version.
At Venditalia Saeco proudly displayed its entire OCS range, starting with the latest arrival, Aulika Evo, which captured the attention with its new capacitive interface with backlit photo icons and the led lighting in the dispenser bay; this was coupled with the standard Aulika Top strong points, namely: 6-to-9 gr brewing unit, dosing grinder with steel conical mills, High Speed Cappuccino technology and large water, coffee tanks and grounds box.
In the bean to cup area, the new features of the IperAutomatica model and of its bigger version, the Phedra Evo, intrigued many visitors.
IperAutomatica now has a new dosing grinder with 48 mm steel flat mills (which replace the 43 mm mills previously used), with a gearbox to reduce the revolutions and an optional kit to maintain the first brewed coffee cup at the ideal temperature, even in the case of Italian espressos or ristrettos.
Phedra Evo is now offered with an outside, and therefore visible, coffee bean container kit, to entice the consumer with the image of freshly brewed coffee from freshly ground beans. The Cappuccino version offers freshly ground beans and fresh milk-based beverages.
The SE50, a small, semi-professional bar manual machine with a compact and robust structure, is still going strong.
In the single-servings sector, Area confirmed its success with the OTC version coupled with the Milk Cooler, and with the Focus model, joined now by the Onda and Dually models.
Onda is the small machine for Nespresso- or Espresso Point-compatible capsules and was very popular with the visitors at the Milan trade fair, thanks to its streamlined design, the strong metal lever and the excellent capacity of its water and exhausted capsules containers. It can also be used with the programming/decounter system with a chip card and can be paired to Milky, to foam milk in real time.
Dually, the new semi-professional capsule machine (Nespresso, or Espresso Point-compatible capsules) also attracted considerable attention, thanks to its wide 7” touchscreen display, two brewing units, hot water and steam wands and its high capacity, due to the presence of a second, 2 litre boiler.
In the Ho.Re.Ca. sector, visitors loved the Power Steam version of the Idea Restyle, with programmed temperature steam production: same reliability of the previous version, but a new slim design which becomes sophisticated in the version with wooden sides, and a new backlit capacitive interface with a 3.5” colour display. Excluding some beverages through the programming menu, it is possible to use the Idea Restyle also in self-service mode. This is the ideal model to simplify the management of highly traffic-intensive catering venues.
We’ll be waiting for you at Venditalia 2020!
Visitors, exhibitors and square meters increase. Foreign exhibitors (+ 35.4%) and international visitors (+ 16.1%) are growing strongly
Milan, 11 June 2018 – Venditalia 2018 ended with a growth of exhibitors, visitors and above all international presences. The 2018 edition of the event, held at Fieramilanocity from 6 to 9 June and organized every two years by Venditalia Servizi and promoted by CONFIDA, the Italian Association of Automatic Distribution, has been characterized by a significant increase in all its figures. Starting from that of the exhibitors. In fact, over 300 were the companies present (+ 20% compared to 2016) in an area of 32,000 square meters with a surface area occupied by 14,000 square meters of exhibition stands. Visitors also increased to almost 20,000 units during the 4 days of the exhibition (+ 4% compared to the 2016 edition).
The most important figure of the 2018 edition is the strong growth of both exhibitors and international visitors who register a real record: as many as 79 companies (+ 35.4% compared to 2016) from 22 countries (including France, Spain, Germany, England, Holland but also China, Russia and USA) and over 4 thousand foreign visitors (+ 16.1% compared to 2016).
“It was a great success – Mr. Ernesto Piloni, President of Venditalia, says - the event has confirmed all expectations, even exceeding them with record numbers. The 2018 edition marked an important milestone: turning Venditalia into a leading international exhibition. Among other things, Venditalia has turned 20 years this year and we are very happy to be able to celebrate this anniversary with a truly exceptional edition. My thanks also to all the exhibitors present because I saw a very high quality. All of them have significantly increased the care and refinement of the stands and the quality of their offer, thus contributing significantly to the success of the event, which has a more and more international dimension, as witnessed by the records registered by exhibitors and foreign visitors".
“The success of Venditalia confirms the leadership of our Country at international level in the field of automatic distribution – Mr. Massimo Trapletti, President of Confida, says – our event remains the most reliable thermometer on the market and of a sector that generates over 1.8 billion Euro of turnover with 5 billion consumed products supplied. Venditalia is an unmissable event for all the professionals who at the fair have the opportunity to meet buyers from all over the world to get a preview of the new market trends but above all to establish or consolidate business relationships, thus finalizing the commercial strategies launched".
However, it is not just the numbers that make Venditalia the most important event in the field of automatic distribution at an international level. The contents of the event are just as important. Through 16 events in 3 days between workshops, training conferences and presentations attended by over 800 people, in fact, we have dealt with topical issues for vending: from technology 4.0 to the tax relief of hyper-depreciation at 250% also to vending machines; from sustainability to the cashless payment methods for vending machines.
Venditalia waits for you at the next edition that will take place in 2020.
